My artwork is inspired by time on the ocean, in the mountains, and the ships and helicopters that provide scientific access to remote locations. I created this watercolour painting of the Canadian Coastguard’s new offshore oceanographic science vessel while visiting the Seaspan offices in North Vancouver, BC and was delighted to tour the vessel while in the last phase of construction.
